YOu don't need to register and also you don't need to send any message to any number.
Just follow below mentioned steps:
1. Go to Settings --' Call Settings --' Call Divert--'[voice calls--'] Divert if Not available--'Activate-'To Other number-'(here enter number as) +9117010 and click on OK.
2.Go to Settings --' Call Settings --' Call Divert--'[voice calls--'] Divert if Out of reach--'Activate-'To Other number-'(here enter number as) +9117010 and click on OK.
Done!
Your mobile is now ready for receiving missed call alerts.
