Copy Files with greater speeds 0n : Windows 7 & Vista systems

Many people bored of using XP for a quite long time, with the arrival of Vista many people are cherished with Microsoft's work, but the final out come was disaster, as Vista demands heavier resources.
Then again Microsoft reiterated their minds re-opened its old OS framework namely Blackcomb and started developing it as lighter, faster and better. As a result finally we are enjoying the fruits with the name of "Windows 7".
In  Both of the above mentioned a major laggard is the Explorer. It sucks when you copy large number/size of files. It takes much longer time to complete copy/paste operations.
A simple/small solution to that.
Try a tiny program "Teracopy", that will resolve all issues of slow copy.It installs into shell and speeds up the copy/move process. It also offers pause/resume, error recovery and also skip features. And all these are for free of cost.
